The play in the holes is due to the construction which is different  
from the other two models you mentioned (MB is nailed, GM has a  
plastic injection moulded comb). No one is claiming to know what's  
best for the customers. As I indicated in my posting, immediately  
after writing it I phoned Trossingen and had a lengthy conversation  
with the person responsible for quality control, who will be  
addressing the issue right away. If that's not listening to your  
customers, what is?
