COWBOY OF IOWA, ROBERT BONFIGLIO: TWO HARMONICAS BETTER THAN ONE.
WONDERFUL CONCERT
Heitor Villa-Lobos, the great composer of the twentieth century South
America. His very beautiful Concerto for Harmonica with its sublime
Andante is where the soloist demonstrates what he is worth. Because
when he thrills us and moves us to abstract feelings the fact is
there that he has understood the soul of the work. And it is
expensive because sometimes the virtuosity camouflages the feelings
and this concentration leaves you drained. Slow and very intense
this unforgettable movement.
Tchaikovsky waits impatiently for the second half because with one
ridiculously small harmonica this media actor Robert Bonfiglio has
dazzled us!!! The American was not in any hurry. A consummate
actor. Encores he gives stacks.
