I can still play all bends on a low F harp tongue blocked. On low E 
the two step bend on hole 2 goes missing, the 1 hole draw bend  
leaves on low Eb and on low D finally i can't really bend hole 1 and 
2 anymore.
I'm sure other players can get deeper than me, so yes it's pretty mch 
possible.
