Hi Leonidas: since I'm sure at least a dozen people have already told you  
by now that it's a CX-12 chromatic (at least until he takes out a diatonic 
for  the last couple of bars)...I'll go you one better....
 
I believe the harmonica player is the same guy (at least he looks very  
similar)...to the same player who accompanied Leonard Cohen on his most recent  
tour to Scotland and elsewhere in Europe (yes, we Britons are also  
European as fishmongr just recently affirmed) ;)
 
......excellent harmonica player whose name I've just blanked.
 
But discussion about him can be found on a couple of Leonard's most recent  
YouTube videos (the summer/fall 2008 tour).
 
I LOVE my (now up to 6) Cx-12 chromatics :)  They're wonderful  instruments 
to play.
