Yes, I have owned and sold over 20 of these Dano's that I believe sound 
better than the Kalamazoo. It has a bit more clarity. Great small amps, has a
preamp tube you can manipulate, and speaker upgrades that might even make
it  better. I will leave all those up to you to experiment with, that's half
the  fun, but it can be made even better. Haven't seen them on ebay or heard
about  one in a long time. Good find.
