If the song is in G, then second position is C.
(C is the relative Major of Am, the harp you are using, and has the
same key signature---no sharps or flats.)
So, to answer your question, first find the second position for the key
the song is in. Then use the harp in the relative minor of that key. (If
the song is already in a minor key, just find the second position.) For
example, suppose the song is in A. Second position is D. Bm is the
relative minor of D so Bm is your harp of choice.
