[Harp-L] Burnishing Vintage Mics

Hi Gang, 
 
I've got a small but excellent collection of vintage mics: Shure 545s, EV  
664, EV 630 among others.  I'd like to clean and burnish the mics.   Does anyone 
have any tips, products or methods to clean and shine up these  sorts of 
mics?  (Insert your own punchlines for "polishing the  microphone"...)
