If there isn't an expectation that sending something back is possibly 
part of the process then you're right it probably isn't a good idea to 
order a harmonica from a customiser.  The other thing to remember is 
that state of the art is a moving target.  People are not doing exactly 
what they did even 5 yrs ago in terms of altering stock harmonicas.  fjm
