[Harp-L] jams in san diego

i've got some business travel to san diego coming up,
and i wonder if anyone can recommend some good blues
jams i might be able to play at.  i know someone recently
asked this question, and someone else replied with a list
of possibilities.  but it'd be helpful if i could get some hints
as to which ones are more likely to be harp and/or newbie
friendly.  some of the ones listed sound like "pros only"
kind of things, and i'd like to get to play, if possible.
