NO!  Liza's Quote (from the San Diego Mercury News) was:

She didn't mention drugs whatsoever.
 
He was on prescription pain meds for unremitting pain due to broken  
vertebrae in his back and a more recent leg fracture.  'Drugs' is  completely 
misleading whether or not he was habituated to them, until and unless  the 
autopsy's results are released and gives exact  information otherwise.
 
If one can't quote a person's single sentence accurately in this day  and 
age, then it shouldn't be 'spun' into what amounts to purely  gossip at this 
point.
