I get them for a rental cottage I have and I always ask them to send the  
check and I never get it.  I once got one saying she is  model doing a  shoot 
and needs a place for the weekend.  I asked for photos.  Never  got them 
either.  You can always tell the scams by the wording, they are  all the same.

Yeah, they've tried to scam me  before.  The idea is you will receive a
bad money order  for more  than you ask for, you are supposed to cash
it and give them the  difference.  They dissapear, your bank figures
out you slipped them a  bad money ordewr and you are responsible.
