RE: [Harp-L] Gretsch Electromatic for harp?
I Third that motion! I don't know of the Special Edition HG2 but over the
weekend we did an AB comparison of the HG and my 1960 Fender Tweed Champ and
the HG was very much in line with the original. Great sound, really good
bottom end response and to my knowledge, very reasonable price! Arguably (
I'm Sure) the best bang for the buck of anything out there today for harp.
One of the best things about it in my opinion is you can buy one today and
it will do you well. Later on in life, buy another and link with the AB box
and get a much bigger sound and even better for a stage! I would check
those out real hard before I bought anything in that price range.

Great advice Bubba!
I love my Special Edition HG2 and could not be happier with the amp and
service Brian Purdy offers! It is a GREAT product!
