Hi People,
I don't know why I've never shared this little thing I learned about two
years ago with you all but I will now. If you want to play better right
away, take up running or some other aerobic exercise. Go running for 45
minutes to an hour (I run 5 miles in about an hour -I'm no athlete) maybe
two hours before playing and you will play with more strength and control,
and with more ease than you usually do. Oh yea, and do this on an empty
stomach. You'll be amazed at what this can do for you.
