Rob, Mark Sallings was a tremendously talented musician, and played great harp. He performed at the SPAH here in Kansas City (2005 or 2006?). He was actually from Arkansas, and played the Tunica casinos quite a bit, as well as other Midwest venues. For about two years he had a regular gig at a casino here in Kansas City, and I was fortunate enough to see him play every 2-3 months. He released four albums, and the best was his last, Temporary Life. I'm only sorry the title referred so unexpectedly to his own life.

Steve Cropper informed me he just played a benefit for Mark Stallings who died in a car accident 3 weeks ago. Sax and Harmonica player from West Plains Missouri.
I was wondered if anyone here has heard of him...
thanx Rob Paparozzi
