Christelle forwarded your email to me and told me you have had trouble  
contacting me in the past. I'm sorry about that.  I'm not sure where  
the trouble was, but I can assure you I would have answered your email  
if I received it.  I think good communication is essential in this  
business, and I strive to answer every email I receive quickly and  
fully.

I save all my email and I searched for any from you at jameshoskinz@xxxxxxxxxxx 
 - and there wasn't a single one. I wonder if you might have had the  
wrong email address?

I promise - I really care and am more than happy to talk to you. This  
is not a "one size fits all" business and the reason I have happy  
customers is that we DO talk, as much as needed, until you know you're  
going to get exactly what you need, expect and want. As further  
evidence, I can only offer the results of my recent customer  
satisfaction survey, which was completed by hundreds of my customers.

the marks were high and I'm proud of that, satisfaction with  
communication during the process received the highest marks of all.
