I tried " What Key" , it was free at the time ( the best way to go).
I think it was good. never had a chance to try it..
You did need to know what key first. something I don't know.

The app is called "Animated Circle of Fifths".
I don't know how good or bad it is, but it is there and cost 99 cents.
There's another app called "What Key", that looks interesting too.
If I had an iPhone or iTouch, I would be eager to try them.
