. . . . seems likely Bill's words were misinterpreted. You might consider another  meaning to his words. Me thinks he meant brick and mortar locations (stores)
and not the folks working from their homes, garage, shop, etc. Is that about it Bill ?
There is a lot more overhead and other considerations to operate a  store  and you would be more likely to close a store than stop going out to the shop. In my opinion 
Bill has too much class, respect, and support of "the little guys" to put them down.
I'd be very surprised if I'm wrong.
