The harp solo for "Suicide Blonde" had some modern processing.
But I cannot recall if it was a similar effect to the "Cher" Antares
gimmick--

Seriously, auto-tune can be an interesting effect and almost certainly
could be used this way for harmonica. Probably can be used to fix an
out-of-tune harmonica effectively -- I did use it on one occasion a
number of years ago to tweak the pitch of a single harmonica note that
was slightly off -- it worked fine for that.
