As an IT guy, I don't get why the industry is enamored with "cloud
computing" right now.  for me, I don't see this application as
particularly useful, considering the kind of power audio editing
usually requires.  For a really good (and free) multi-track editor
that runs on your  own machine, have a look at Ardour,
http://ardour.org/.  Only runs on Mac or Linux, so sorry to you
Windows folks, but well-worth a look if you run either of those
platforms.
