I saw Paul a week before he died. His version of CC Rider had me in tears.
Some of the finest, most powerful harp playing on the planet.

That same night I saw John Lee Hooker, ancient, tiny, sitting on a beach
chair with a big old electric guitar blow his hot shot studio guitarist of
the stage. Just a wall of sound. Wish whatever it was that drives musicians
to self destruct could be fixed somehow. Where's the magic wand when you
need it?
