RE: [Harp-L] This ever happen to travelling harp players?

I heard that cellists travel that way: Book a seat for
themselves and one for their $30000.00 cello.

I think if someone would come up with an internet information
service 'for the travelling musician' concentrating all
that negative and also positive experiences (which airline,
which airport and when, which shipping company, which insurances)
keeping the information up to date, people would go for it.

Which airport security team can distinguish a set of harmonicas
immediatly from a set of 9mm clips without opening the carry on?
There could be awards... ;-)
