Same kind of Mic Jason was playing thru this weekend. 57 Cut down ...
chopped... with a VC built in. And a wireless rig that didn't perform 100%
flawlessly... Friday afternoon I saw him slam it and go to a cord.
The tone was coming from (Jason, of course) the Chopped SM-57 his KinderAFB,
POG, Two-Timer and the rest of the pedals &c... and of course the Harp Gear
4x10. Monster tone from the HarpGear.
I just contracted for a pedal board with a bunch of stuff I will not wish to
keep, and some other stuff I had on my shopping list. When I get it and
figure out what I will keep, I'll post the other stuff on here. Sometimes
you have to buy the whole set-up in order to get a few pieces at the right
prices. I saw some similar stuff on Jason's board.
PEACE

A month ago or so I went up to visit my pal Rupert Oysler and deliver an amp
to him. We checked out his cool collection of mics (mostly modded Turners)
and he pulled out a Ultimate 57 that he had gotten from Greg Heumann.
