P10 is also known as XLR.  This is what most modern mics use.  This is
also typically used for low-z or low impedance.  Most harp players
prefer high impedance because of the history of using guitar amps and
old mics.  Green bullet techs here can give you more details, but
basically, you need to convert the output signal of the high-impedance
element in the mic to low, usually with a transformer.  It should be
noted that you can do this conversion outside the shell of the mic
using an inline transformer adapter.  You can get them going
low-to-high, or for your case, high-to-low.
