I play very little 4th.  It lets me use my 1st pos chops when I do.  I like using it for Natural Minor...so pretty much as a mode.  I will ob the 4 blow or play the 8 blow bend too.  I haven't found much use for it in blues.  However, there are a lot of key changes in songs that take me to 4th, so it is good to have the licks there.
