I have them both.
To my ears the Boss DM2 is warmer. I sepcially like it when I use a crystal mic as it balances the tight end of the crystal. Takes a little of the shrillness off that type of element's tone.
The Lone Wolf has a cleaner signal path (I think it has a true bypass signal).
Both are really good.
I use the DM2 for recording and my Sonny Jr amps. I use the Lone Wolf with vintage Gibson amps where it maintains greater clarity in the tone (those amps seem to have a slightly more "brown" tone them).
I also have a Danecho Delay that was modded with a true bypass. It is my favorite for cutting through the mix whenplaying with impossibly loud bands.
I oredered a BBE Two Tiker because God fobid I don't buy another piece of gear every five minutes. I'll post results on it when I get a chance to give it a work-out.

I have never used either pedal and am considering purchasing one or the other.

Which is considered the better unit?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
