I would try vinegar. It kills the mildew off.
Also maybe Bicarbonate of Soda, or even a very mild bleach solution.
Just be careful not to make it too strong.
It may lighten the tweed a little, but it'll be clean and the stain
will give the case some a mojo look! :-)
If you leave the mildew it'll just get worse and worse!!
