Feel rather lazy having just googled + posted a link, so...

Basically, a "standard," 10-hole, Richter tuned diatonic harmonica, whilst tuned to one key, can be played in any key.

So, assuming you're playing a C harmonica:

1st position is playing in C

2nd position is playing in G

3rd position is playing in D

4th position is playing in A

5th position is playing in E

And so on...
