The Blues Foundation is holding a Youth Showcase at the IBC
(international blues competition) in Memphis next month. My blues
society is sending a great local band of teenagers called Little Ivory
Blues Band (yeah they have a harp player!). 

If these kids you know have a band or solo/duo act they should keep this
in mind and petition their local blues society to put in a bid for them.
Lots of exposure and a great experience. Probably too late for this year
unless someone cancels, but it's always worth a try.
