I use the wife's quilter's rotary cutter. Her pad is much bigger but  
you can get this size that Micromark sells for about $9-$10 at Jo Ann  
Fabics or Michael's. (less if you have a coupon). Brand name is  
'Olfa'. Use heavy pressure on the straightedge (I use a machinist's  
type), so that the edges of the ultrasuede don't show shredding. Cut  
it as you would soft glove leather or skeived thin Moroccan wallet  
leather.

So far the best windsavers I have found are the ultra thin shims from  
inside garment anti theft devices. There are 3 shims in there. 2 are  
arched and no good for our use. One is flat and is usable. Problem  
is: you would need 40 for a 12 hole chromo.  Awwwww sh*t, another  
secret revealed. I oughta start charging for this.
