Robert:

As i think about it, maybe the Sugar Blue sound is the detune, plus a  
little flange, or maybe just the flange set low.  It's actually been  
so long since i've fooled around with my Quadraverb GT that I  
forget.  But there's flanger, phaser, all kinds of EQ and a whole lot  
more effects than i mentioned in my previous post.  And the reverbs  
and delays are very warm.
