I have little interest in most  videos of some You Tube virtuoso  
playing fast unaccompanied harmonica that is touted as being some  
sort of great or technically brilliant performance.  With a few  
exceptions, I am usually unable to imagine what the rest of the band  
could possibly be doing while a harp player was playing a solo in   
such a self indulgent  and self absorbed manner.  Not hard to show  
off when you are only playing with yourself.  So what? Put most of  
that stuff in to an ensemble context and it would sound like shit.   
And IMHO most of it doesn't sound very musical even in a solo context.
