Before I begin, Richard, that was an excellent summarization on the subject.Very insightful, and it didn't take multiple "sessions" to get the point across. 
Having said that, am I the only one (male) who thought of something elsewhen the subject of "performance anxiety" reared its ugly head? For somereason (perhaps too much exposure to TV ads), the first thought I had was"Take some Viagra, man!"
Mandatory harmonica content: Have any studies been done on the efficacy ofenhancement drugs on male "harmonica" performance? (Just kidding!)
"Does your chewing gum lose its flavor on the bedpost every night?..." 
Sorry, my warped sense of humor at play, which (obviously) is why I remain:Certifiably Crazy (IAW the DSM-IV) Bob
