If there weren't a zillion different tastes in amped sound, there
wouldn't be a zillion amp builders out there offering 3 zillion
different amps.
I recommend that everyone use whatever gear it is that produces
the sound that inspires them, and let everyone else use whatever gear
inspires them, too.
With luck, what inspires you will also inspire the audience, which will
help you pay for whatever gear makes the sound that inspires you.
