I don't know what you're looking for, but try this one:

It's a browser applet that you can run online. But it's better to download 
it and run from your local drive - directions for doing that are toward the 
bottom of the page. It seems to be extremely accurate and steady, with 
especially good discrimination for high notes. Made by Andy Robinson who 
IMHO makes the coolest slow-down / transcription toolset, Transcribe! (no 
affiliation)
