[Harp-L] Suzuki Promaster reed replacement - hole?

Repair wisdom welcome (hole 5 blow).  The reeds are spot welded in place and the reed plate looks to be stainless steel.  

 

If the reeds were not spot welded I would have a starter hole for a screw or bolt.   Drilling a .052 tapping hole or .063 clearence hole on center through stainless is not going to be easy.   

 

Repair recommendations welcome.  Will be sad to toss a 2 month old Promaster into my reed plate box.
