The Route 66 Harmonica Club of Tulsa will hold its monthly meeting and open
mic jam Monday, Jan. 4, 2010 at the Western Country Diner, 1905 South
Sheridan Road, Tulsa, OK. The club business meeting will start at 6:30 PM
and last approximately half an hour.

At approximately 7:00 PM, well known local harmonica player and technician
Mike Peace will deliver an educational program titled Harmonica Repair II, a
follow up to his previous basic harmonica repair program.

At approximately 7:45 PM, the open mic jam will begin . Guitar accompaniment
will be provided by talented local professional guitarist Robert Parker.
This month's jam theme will be BLUES STANDARDS. This is the time to learn,
brush up on and swap licks with the club pros on those old favorites that
everybody wants to hear like Sweet Home Chicago and Stormy Monday. This will
be an EASY level jam that players of all levels of mastery should be able to
participate in and enjoy. You DO NOT have to be a member of the club to
participate. For more information e-mail the club at tulsaharps@xxxxxxx or
call 918-381-8999.

This month's raffle prize will be an official Hohner baseball cap courtesy
of Hohner U.S.A. So far as we can tell, these caps are not for sale. They
are a very high quality felt cap that will last for years and gain character
and mojo as they are worn. Raffle tickets will be two dollars apiece.
Attendees may purchase as many tickets as they desire.

Club members and officers are encouraged to print out copies of the attached
notice and post them at your neighborhood music store, diner, etc.
