The only one that comes remotely close is the Line 6 Delay Modeler (I think it's the DM-4, if memory serves me correct) which has a setting for the Roland Space Echo, Memory Man, as well as for both the solid state Echoplex and the tube Echoplex (which even mimics the tape hiss as well), and you may want to look into that.

Nothing really mimics tape echo all that well, IMO.

You might also want to consider the RE-301, as it also has a chours  
unit (like the 501), but lacks a few other features.  In any event,  
neither of these is particularly rare, so if you're patient you  
should be able to find one on eBay or Craigslist.

Space Echos of all sorts come up fairly often on the "analogue  
heaven" mailing list, so maybe a search of the archives would be a  
good place to check:
