Does anyone else practice in the car while driving/commuting?.. snip....Anyone else?
A few years ago when this thread arose, the large majority of posters thought it was a dangerous practice
(no pun intended) to play while driving. I didn't chime in to the thread, just shrugged off the negativity and to
this day continue to occasionally practice while driving, depending on conditions. Yes, of course playing
while driving depends on traffic conditions! A post here by a former law officer has already given some
cogent arguments that it isn't necessarily overly dangerous. I suggest that if u think it is dangerous, it
probably is, for you. So it's best that you don't do it.
I WILL go out on a limb here and state that imo, reading, knitting, and text messaging while driving should
probably not be done, at least not by me.
I will also admit that I DO find it surprising re playing amplified harp while driving. I think that for me, that
might be distracting.
So is playing harp while driving illegal anywhere?
