Ben Bouman wrote that the Digitech RP350 can do very good organ effects, which is true--it has a very nice rotating speaker effect--but I doubt Jason has one in his rig.
Your friend may have been reacting to a HOG or POG, which adds octaves and/or other intervals to the input tone, and so produces a huge sound that might be considered organ-like, especially when coupled with a rotating speaker effect, or a genuine rotating speaker such as a Leslie or a Motion Sound device.
But if you want the exact setup Jason uses, ask Jason.
