Hey all. Well I was practicing for about 2 hours they other day and now
my lips have sores on them and my tongue is hurting too. I am going to
sit
in with a band this weekend and I cant even put the harp on my lips
without
pain. Do you guys have any tricks or quick fixes for lip sores?

I wondering what folks think is currently the best medium-priced
