Re: [Harp-L] Wireless rig for blues harp
The only other way I have found is to have the rest of the band play low enough that you can keep from having to turn up the amp so much. Or you might try using a Audix Fireball as it is more feedback resistant. If you use a vintage mic though you all have to turn down or use a Kinder.

That's one of the issues I had when I tried wireless: feedback. Is the Kinder the only way to eliminate that in a wireless rig for harp? I'd prefer to not use the Kinder...

I have a Shure and an AKG and they both work well. The Shure has a body pack and the AKG a guitar bug that plugs into the mic which makes it more flexible as you don''t have the cord going to the body pack. I use the Kinder AFB+ to eliminate the feedback.

I'm thinking of going wireless. Which wireless rig has worked best for you
for amped blues harp? I tried this a few years ago and couldn't get good
results, but I'm ready to try again. I've heard the Hohner set is not
good. My guitar buddies swear by Shure and AKG.
What specific wireless rigs have you used with good results for blues harp
played through a tube amp?
