I am trying to compile certain information about the harmonica to prove there is a sizable audience out there and could use some help.  Please chime in if you know any of the following information and/or other related useful information.  Also, if you have a source for the information that would be helpful.

1. How many harmonicas are sold each year?
2. What are the top 5 harmonica websites?
3. What are the top cities for harmonica music?
4. What are the most successful harmonica tours?
5. What are all of the harmonica festivals? When? Where? How many people attend?
6. What are the top harmonica magazines?
7. What are the most popular harmonicas in the world?
8. What are the demographics for harmonica players? Break down in as much detail as possible.  Country, age, gender, etc.
9. What/who are the top harmonica acts?  What size audience?
10. How many companies, stores, people sell harmonicas? 
11. How many harmonica clubs are around the world?  Where are they located?  How many members?

Any other useful and fun facts would be great.
