Thanks for the info Winslow, I personally never saw a 12 hole Super  
Vamper in GB in the 1960s but from the catalogue pix they obviously  
did make them at some time. You learn something new every day. As you  
say, it's immaterial whether the harp had 12 or 14 holes and the Echo  
Super Vamper was identical to the MB except for the stamp on the  
covers, so maybe he used whichever one he could get his hands on,
