Well, there are a lot harp players who play tango( even me, but i am still
learning): from Argentina you can find recordings by:
- Hugo Diaz( the best).
- Luis Santos.
- Franco Luciani.
>From other country you can find to Jow Powers... he is amazing when he plays
tangos, milongas and others.

And from my country Chile, there is one of the best harp players here: Juan
Moya....
