According to John Mayall (who I once interviewed for German radio),  
Sonny Boy played all his low key stuff on Marine Band 364s (12-hole)  
or 365s (14-hole). Mayall said he had a complete set from G down to  
low C. The Echo Super Vamper was the British version of the 10-hole  
Marine Band and was never made in a longer version,
