Dennis Oellig (Mr. Microphone --  http://www.mrmicrophone.com) is amazingly knowledgeable, skilled and great to work with when refurbishing JT-30's.  I've got 5-6 of his mics and I'm happy with all of them  Check out his website and shoot him an email or give him a call.
