You have a mic and an amp so use that for now and practice playing with
other people.

Keep the volume turned down, practice cupping the whole harp make an
airtight seal, and stick the harp way in your mouth, you should just about
swallow it.

Maybe it'll sound good. Maybe it'll sound mediocre. The habit you get will
help you when you can afford a better amp. A better amp doesn't mean you
need to spend tons of money. You might want to try one of the cheaper
Epiphones (around $150.00), or just got a Zoom amp modeler pedal
(around $80.00) and plug it into the solid state amp.

Have fun. Play music. Then worry about gear.
