You can get a wallwart style power supply for most any device at  
Radio Shack (or similar electronics stores).  They will certainly  
have an 18vac/100ma-15watt unit in stock.  Take the Presonus (an  
excellent pre-amp, IMO, I have one myself) with you so that you can  
get the right connector which plugs into the unit.  The power  
supplies are sold with a generic end-pin, which then needs to be  
matched to the right connector.
