Re: [Harp-L] Magic Dave

I believe "The Deb" was written/composed by Magic Dave Therault.
I seem to recall that "Deb" was a girlfriend of Dave's... not sure.

The song appeared on the "Harp-L IV: The H Files" compilation of various Harp-L member songs. I think there were 3 CD's and compiled back in 1999.

Magic Dave had another song on the compilation, "You've Got A Lover" which I think is an original song by Shake Russell, but I'm not sure who is singing and playing guitar--its not Shake Russell.

Now I'm wondering what position Dave was playing on that song as I don't recall it being something "easy" like 2nd position.

Oh yeah... I really like Shake Russell's music !
