totally not understanding your terminology or point
 
a Cb sounds exactly like a B - it is the same "audio frequency" - vibrates  
at the same cyles/second. 
 
Spelling a chord properly and music theory determine which label this  
frequency is given.
 
Not talking harmonica, but MUSIC here. Time for harmonica players to  upgrade 
towards musicianship in their knowledge and discussions, me  thinks.

the  chord, the Cb might be pretty significantly different from a B in
